How do I verify my account?
Log in to your Personal Area, go to the verification section, and upload a clear photo of your ID and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Verification usually takes a few hours.
Can I change my account type later?
Yes, you can open multiple trading accounts under the same profile and switch between them. You can also close an account and open a new one of a different type at any time.

How do I deposit funds?
Go to your Personal Area, select "Deposit", choose your preferred method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, e-wallets like Skrill, Neteller, local solutions), and follow the instructions. Deposits are usually instant.
Are withdrawals really instant?
Yes, Exness processes withdrawals automatically 24/7. Most electronic methods (Skrill, Neteller, etc.) are processed within seconds. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the bank.
Are there any deposit or withdrawal fees?
Exness does not charge any internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. We cover a certain amount of third‑party fees for some methods.

What leverage does Exness offer?
Leverage can go up to 1:2000 on forex majors, depending on the jurisdiction and instrument. Standard accounts often have unlimited leverage (subject to conditions). Always use leverage responsibly.
What are the spreads?
